Commissioned by NEOO, Wereldhave and the municipality of Arnhem a plan was made to revitalise the Presikhaaf shopping centre. The buildings as well as the outdoor space were upgraded and will focus more than before on shopping and residing.
Due to the location on the periphery of the city the accessibility by car has been optimised, while the internal structure of the shopping area has been more attuned to the pedestrian and other slow traffic.
The trees at the car park have been kept as much as possible or have been added. In the walking area large amounts of greenery and trees were added.
