The Prinsenpark new-build project is situated at the former location of the De Prinsenmolen riding school in Rotterdam.
Stijlgroep was responsible for the outdoor space.
This nature-inclusive apartment complex is located on the edge of a wide park along the canal. The green character of the area is enhanced by the application of a number of special planting objects, including a curved green wall, hanging greenery along the galleries and slats with climbing plants around the parking garage. The greenery connects naturally and smoothly with the adjacent watercourse with groups of trees and nature-friendly banks. Combined with the roof garden, the many planters on the balconies and the varied green border around the block: this project makes for a unique place to live in Rotterdam.
